• Shipping: Worldwide, for any order over 30 kg, please contact us to arrange special delivery.

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on the country. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped (for orders over €10.00).

• Shipping costs: Depending on the weight and destination of the products, they will be calculated during the payment process. In case of overpayment, you will be refunded once the item has been shipped.

• Delivery address: For each order you place, you will need to provide the delivery address, either to your home or to a recipient of your choice.

• Returns: You have 14 days to withdraw for a refund or a credit note.
