• No minimum order amount.

• Shipping: Worldwide, for orders over 30 kg, please contact us to arrange special delivery.

• Delivery time: 3/7 working days depending on the country. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch (from €10.00 purchase).

• Shipping costs: Depending on the weight and destination of the products, they will be calculated during the payment stage. In case of overpayment, you will be reimbursed once the item has been sent.

• Delivery address: For each order you place, you will need to provide the delivery address, either to your home or to a recipient of your choice.

• Return: You have 14 days to withdraw for a refund or credit note.

• Gift wrapping: If you would like gift wrapping and a message to be sent when sending your order, send us a message when paying, or a simple email.

• Donation: A donation can be made during the ordering process.

• Payment: Our store uses SSL encryption technology which offers you maximum security, particularly in terms of data protection for online banking services.
