• Shipping: Worldwide, for any order over 30 kg, please contact us to arrange special delivery.

• Delivery time: 3/7 working days depending on the country. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped (From €10.00 purchase).

• Shipping costs: Depending on the weight and destination of the products, they will be calculated at the checkout stage. In case of overpayment, you will be refunded once the item is shipped.

• Delivery address: For each order you place, you will need to provide the delivery address, either for yourself or for a recipient of your choice.

• Returns: You have 14 days to withdraw for a refund or store credit.

• Gift wrapping: If you would like gift wrapping and to include a message to be sent with your order, send us a message at checkout, or a simple email.

• Donation: A donation can be made during the ordering process.
