    ✹ Usage 

    Shungite, a carbon-rich stone, can be used to purify and energize drinking water. Noble or raw classic Shungite is recommended. The water may have a milder taste, certain impurities may be reduced, and a feeling of well-being and vitality may be experienced according to lithotherapy.

    - How to use? ‹Carefully place the well-rinsed glass stick with the gemstones in a carafe with still water (from the tap). 

    After 15 to 30 minutes, the gemstone water is ready for use, the information from the stones is then well absorbed in the water. You can continue to refill the carafe with water.

    Gemstone water can be used for various purposes.

    It can be used as bath water, for drinking, as a mouthwash, or as a spray to purify rooms, auras, or meridians.

    Hildegard von Bingen proposed many applications for gemstone water. Gemstone water has a positive effect on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels.

    The water from the gemstones remains in the body for a while and therefore acts more quickly and intensely than applying a gemstone externally.
