📎 Making Kuro-orin singing bowls:
Bronze is melted, alloyed, and then rolled into uniform plates. Circular discs are pressed into precision molds to achieve a consistent thickness and shape.
Once formed, each bowl is blackened by sulfur patination – a quick liver of sulfur bath that results in a deep, even, satin black finish.
The result: a durable, easy-care singing bowl that delivers reliable performance session after session.
