📖 Instructions for use

1. For standing positions:
   Place the block under your hands to stabilize the position (e.g., Trikonasana , Ardha Chandrasana ).
   It helps maintain alignment while reducing tension in the legs and back.
2. For seated postures:
   Sit on the block to elevate your hips and facilitate pelvic tilt.
   Ideal for meditation or back and hip stretching.
3. For backbends :
