📖 Instructions for use

1. Prepare the saline solution

• Mix 1 teaspoon of non-iodized salt in 250 ml of lukewarm water (approximately 37°C).
• For a gentler clean, you can add a pinch of baking soda.
• Important: Use sterile, boiled and cooled water, or bottled water to avoid any risk of infection.

2. Position the Neti Pot

• Tilt your head slightly to the side, over the sink.
• The upper nostril should be pointing upwards and the lower nostril towards the sink.

3. Rinse

• Gently insert the spout of the Neti Pot into the upper nostril.
• Slowly pour the saline solution, which will flow out of the lower nostril.
• Breathe through your mouth while rinsing.

4. Repeat on the other side

• Tilt the head to the other side and repeat the rinsing with the same solution or a new dose.

5. Finish

• Blow your nose gently to remove excess solution and mucus.
• Do not blow too hard to avoid irritating the sinuses.

6. Clean the Neti Pot

• Wash the Neti Pot after each use with hot soapy water , then rinse it well.
• Allow it to air dry completely to prevent the growth of bacteria.

- Additional advice

• Use the Neti Pot a maximum of once a day in regular use.
• Avoid untreated tap water.
• Do not share your Neti Pot with other people.
• Consult a doctor if you have a nasal infection, severe obstruction, or frequent bleeding.
