Due to its composition, the Santulan dental oil soothes and specifically strengthens the gums and oral mucosa.

What is oil pulling for?

Oil pulling leaves a pleasant feeling of freshness in the mouth. Pollutants excreted during the night are eliminated, and mucus and secretions are removed.
Oil pulling also increases the protective function of the mucosa against the infiltration of bacteria and viruses. Beneficial in cases of periodontitis, gingivitis, neck tension, or jaw problems.

How to use?

It is best to "oil pull" daily as part of your morning routine, right after you wake up. This rinse can also be used as a gum restoration treatment over a period of 3 weeks, or even on certain days when you feel like it.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and swish it around, also between your teeth, gargling for about 5 to 10 minutes. The oil changes color to whitish and becomes more fluid.
When you are ready, spit into a cloth and throw it in the trash.

Then, scrape your tongue with a copper tongue scraper, brush your teeth, and rinse your mouth with a glass of warm water.
