    🪷 1. Positioning Place the block on a stable, flat surface. Use it on a yoga mat or non-slip surface to prevent it from slipping.
    🤸 2. Posture support Use the block to support your hands, feet, or hips. Helps maintain balance in demanding postures (e.g., triangle, half-moon, camel).
    🧍 3. Height adjustment Orient the block as needed: flat, on its side or upright. Three possible heights to adapt each exercise to your level and flexibility.
    🧘♂️ 4. Stretching and relaxation Place it under your back, head, or legs. Promotes a comfortable posture during meditation or relaxation.
    🧽 5. Maintenance Clean with a warm, damp cloth and allow to air dry. Do not immerse the cork in water. Avoid chemicals.
