    Regular cleaning Wipe after each session with a damp cloth or soft sponge .
    Cleaning solution Use warm water with mild soap or yoga mat cleaning spray . Avoid harsh chemicals.
    Drying Air dry, flat or hanging. Do not expose to direct sunlight or use a tumble dryer.
    Disinfection For light disinfection, use diluted vinegar or a specific biodegradable yoga mat spray.
    Storage Roll the mat with the non-slip side facing outwards. Store in a dry, temperate place.
    Prohibition Do not machine wash, do not use bleach or harsh solvents.

    • Before first use, unroll the mat and air it for 2-3 days.
    • Clean with a damp cloth using cold water and mild soap or a yoga mat cleaner.
    • Allow to dry while lying down.
    • Store the mat in a dry, cool place, preferably rolled up in a yoga mat bag.
    • Do not expose for long periods to direct sunlight or to a place that is too hot, such as the trunk of a car parked in the sun.
